FAQ - Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
Shipping Area:
We only ship within the United States.
Shipping Fee:
Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over!
Carriers Used:
We use USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS for deliveries.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed by 2 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Transit Time:
Delivery takes 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Address Changes:
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package is in transit, changes are not possible.

Cancellations & Damaged Packages
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Damaged Packages:
If a package arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery if possible and contact our customer support for assistance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Return Policy
How to Return an Item:

Receive Return Instructions:
Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item. -
Pack Your Return:
Ensure the items are securely packaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation. -
Shipping Label:
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please print and attach it to your package. -
Ship Your Package:
Drop off your return package at the nearest courier, as indicated in your return authorization email.
Return Policy Details:
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return:
Items must be unused and in original condition. The item should be returned in its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Cost:
- For defective products: No cost.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company.
